By accessing and using the Senincekimin platform, you agree to comply with these terms. This service allows event hosts to collect media files from their guests seamlessly.

2. Fair Usage Policy

While we strive to offer unlimited uploads for individual events, this right cannot be abused for non-event commercial hoarding. To maintain service quality during extremely high-traffic abuse, we reserve the right to throttle upload speeds or cap storage. Uploading illegal or offensive content is strictly prohibited.

3. Fair Refund Policy

We aim for unconditional customer satisfaction. For cancellations prior to your event or technical issues originating from our platform, payments will be fully refunded within the first 14 days. Refunds are not provided for past events that have already utilized the service.

4. Account Responsibility

As an event host, you are responsible for the security of your shared link or QR code. To prevent unauthorized guests from accessing your gallery, avoid posting your private links on public platforms.
